Jeff realized that he wanted to take control of his health challenges. He wanted to see his grandchildren grow up and be active in their lives. With family as his motivation, he decided it was time for a change.
Jeff’s biggest hurdle was finding a workout schedule that worked well with his work schedule. Traveling for business and long work hours made it difficult to commit to a regular fitness routine. Jeff decided to work out in the mornings, and he gained support from one of our personal trainers, Brandon Turner.
“I have changed my personal schedule so I could make a commitment that I could stick with on a regular basis. I have been able to keep my weekly personal trainer sessions with Brandon Turner most weeks. This is very important to me because he motivates me to try harder each and every week,” said Jeff.
Jeff’s commitment and expert advice from Brandon have contributed to an improvement in Jeff’s overall health. Jeff lost 60 lbs. and stopped taking 14 different medications. Jeff also noticed the boost in his energy and productivity at work.
“Eighteen months ago I was a diabetic with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I have recently been told that I am no longer at risk for diabetes as long as I continue my fitness and nutrition routine. My mind, body, and spirit has vastly changed. I get up in the morning and literally can’t wait to get to Delnor Health & Fitness Center,” said Jeff.
